Investment Criteria
Nestor targets investments in special situations with discernable and resolvable problems, in which additional capital and management input should allow for a successful turnaround
Main criteria are:
Companies with (potential) revenues of up to € 300 million
Primarily businesses with traditional business patterns and with a stable market environment
Capital investments of € 5 million to € 20 million per transaction
Competitive products with a (potential) strong selling proposition
Proven operating histories
Short-term distress or crisis caused by management problems or external effects
Target businesses are primarily engaged in more traditional industries, and less in the New Economy
