Nestor Capital

Nestor Capital (“Nestor”), established in 2005 and headquartered in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, is an independent investor of private capital into turnaround businesses, distressed debt and other special corporate or real estate situations. Nestor focuses in identifying the potential of companies in distressed or special situations, analyzing and negotiating the investments, and monitoring the assets during the holding period.

Nestor Capital is investing up to €20 million in each investment. The geographic focus is primarily Germany, with the option to invest in the other German speaking countries.

Unlike many other similar financial investors Nestor can provide a high level of flexibility regarding asset classes, investment size and transaction structure as well as quick and efficient decision processes.
